Goodgent is built around dedicated private workspaces for each customer. Your business context, documents, emails, messages, and deliverables are strictly partitioned and not pooled with other customers.
2. Zero Model Training on Customer Data
We do not use your private working context, documents, client communications, or research notes to train shared or public foundation models. Your data remains strictly your intellectual property.
3. Human-in-the-Loop & Approval Controls
Good operates under your explicit direction. Good prepares drafts, meeting briefs, and research summaries, but no external message, email, or meeting schedule modification is finalized without your human approval.
4. Connected Tools & Data Access
When you connect tools such as Telegram, Gmail, Google Calendar, or Notion, Goodgent accesses only the information necessary to fulfill your delegated requests. You can revoke tool permissions or disconnect services at any time.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
You have full ownership of your data. You may request export or permanent deletion of your private workspace context and history at any time by contacting your dedicated operator.
